Essential Qualifications – NQF Level
- Advanced Diplomas/National 1st Degrees
- Bachelor of Science: Honours

- Collecting HR data
- Communicating internally
- Contacting relevant parties (e.g.; employment agencies; potential applicants) via phone; email; etc. during recruitment efforts)
