Location: Western Cape
Salary: Negotiable

Role details:
We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator with the following;

At least 3 years Project Administrator experience.
Business or Project Administration Certificate/Diploma an advantage.
Business or Project Co-ordination Certificate/Diploma an advantage.
Organising and maintaining standard documentation.

Providing administrative and logistic support to the office.
Co-ordination of functions for staff and/or customers.

Collating reports for the relevant forums.
Setting up/ refining reporting templates as and when required.
Ensuring that certain controls and measures of running the project are communicated to the relevant parties.
Co-ordinating and managing all project facilities, i.e. equipment access, venue and facilities bookings, arranging meetings.
Assisting the Project Managers in on boarding new staff
Processing invoices.
Taking minutes of project meetings.
Responsible for setting up and updating all control documents for the project team.
