DEPUTY MANAGER: JOB EVALUATION REF NO: DM01/2015
SALARY : R532 278 per annum (Level 11)
CENTRE : Head Office (Pietermaritzburg)

 

REQUIREMENTS : An appropriate Degree/National Diploma plus a valid Certificate issued by DPSA
or SAMDI as a Job Evaluation Analyst coupled with appropriate management
and related experience. candidates must be computer literate in Word
Processing, Spreadsheet, Powerpoint Presentations and E-mail software.
candidates must be in possession of a valid drivers licence (manual
transmission). Recommendations: candidates should have knowledge of the
relevant prescripts sound skills in communication, problem solving, planning,
organising and have good analytical ability.

 

DUTIES : Manage the job evaluation process for all departmental posts.manage the
development and implementation of job evaluation policies and procedures.
provide advice and guidance to line managers on the process and procedures of
job evaluation. manage the provision of information, statistics and reports.
manage the resources of the Sub-Directorate.
