Learning & Collaboration professionals design and develop learning and collaboration strategies including courses and curricula as well as tools that focus on innovation and rapid content sharing.
As a Management Consulting Manager, you will be at the core of shaping and delivering business transformation projects to respond to our clients’ business challenges. You are likely to lead a range of activities from identifying client value creation opportunities to project managing the business solution implementation.
¨ Make decisions with regards to issues, resolutions, resources, etc.
¨ Ensure that issues are resolved timeously
¨ Escalate to Learning Lead
¨ Ensure that communication to all parties has taken place
¨ Prioritize daily workload (e.g. projects, maintenance, crisis’s)
¨ Perform resource planning
¨ Assist with scheduling team members
¨ Assist with recruiting team members
¨ Ensure optimum pyramid structure
¨ Team Conflict resolution
¨ Career development including ensuring that training is scheduled timeously and at the most optimal time
¨ Ensure knowledge transfer and cross-skilling
¨ Ensure staff performance reviews are completed timeously and accurately
¨ Manage promotions and salary increases
¨ Plan and implement continuous improvement initiatives
¨ Determine team staffing requirements
¨ Manage costs (e.g. stationery, payroll, contractor, vacancies, expenses)
¨ Create and manage baseline extension contracts
¨ Ensure accurate time reporting
¨ Ad hoc activities as required
¨ Development of all types of training material (Product knowledge, Process or system related material e.g. SAP, Soft skills training, management training, etc)
¨ Design and development of blended learning interventions
¨ Facilitation and delivery of all types of training including systems
¨ Liaison with project team members
¨ Strong interaction and involvement with Clients and Subject Matter Experts
¨ Work within specified deliverable standards
¨ Work within a team environment, many time at the client site

EDUCATION, QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE NECESSARY:
¨ Matric and/or Post Graduate qualification (an advantage)
¨ Clear understanding of adult learning principles
¨ More than 5 years relevant experience
¨ Experience in full training life cycle will be advantageous (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation of training material)
¨ Experience with working in self organizing teams
¨ Exposure to technologies: SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Java
¨ Supervisory experience
