Job Description
Support Services – Admin, HR & Sales

Submit requisitions to provincial office (office equipment, vehicles)
Inform creditors of payments processed (proof of payment) Compile and co-ordinate petty cash requests (proof of payment) Process (prepare) employment contracts (Provincial Office) Submit documents to Provincial Office Forward monthly reports e.g. vehicle inspection, etc. Compile claims-, 48 hrs-, client queries & enquiries, sales (daily sales figures) reports Receives, forward & implement new documentation & information


Client Liaison & Queries

Attend to queries

  • Give advice on products
  • Liaise with policy holders & Assupol
  • Client Service Administration
  • Request & distribute policy documents to sales staff
  • Complete internal correspondence – registers
  • Receives & distributes invalid policies to manager
  • Liaise with Post Office & address delays of claims payments
  • Business Retention
  • Follow-up on cancellations to retain policies
  • Provide feedback to Manager
  • Update policy holder information on system

Job Requirements
Grade 12
NQF 3 in Insurance will be an advantage
