Job Title: Customer / Operations Manager Jobs (Free State Region)
Main purpose of job
To develop and implement business plan that will deliver budgeted turnover, profit, growth, share and innovation targets by category and /or brand within customer portfolio thereby contributing to the achievement of business objectives in the Free State region
Main Responsiblities
Responsible for setting, leading and executing the account and operational strategy for the Free State region
Continuing and building on KCC’s existing category leadership platform. Ensuring the business exploits its current competitive advantage and remains a key trade partner all customer in region
Generate and execute category insights, strategies, and actionable ideas to create sustainable, advantaged, and profitable top-line growth for Kimberly-Clark and regional accounts in Free State
Become the expert in customer systems and using this intelligence to extract high quality analysis and insights, actionable assortments, planograms and merchandising recommendations, and reporting in a timely and professional manner that exceed customer needs and expectations.
Develop and foster business building relationships across the region with all contacts that will impact the successful delivery of collaboration projects that lead to mutually achieving objectives.
Demonstrate strong negotiating skills that effectively prevent conflicts while facilitating winning solutions that elevates Kimberly-Clark with the customers.
Drive collaboration with key retailers, including all elements of the shelf and go to market solutions – including solutions which impact the shopper outside the store environment
Actively develop and implement contact strategy within assigned customers to achieve account, category, brand and customer objectives
Develop and leverage relationships across K-C to achieve commercial, category, brand and customer objectives
Able to initiate and engage in relevant / solid commercial discussions which result in tangible outcomes for both KC and customers with the Free State region
FREE STATE BASED
Required qualifications / Experience
Matric and Tertiary Education (minimum 3 year Degree/Diploma) with at least 3-5 years FMCG commercial experience – proven track record in both key accounts and operations preferable

Achieve the following:
Business targets both for national accounts and GBA as appropriate:
Achieve volume, NSV & IOP and share targets by category and by customer
Achieve annual trade promotional budget by account, by category
Achieve supply chain KPI’s (forecast accuracy, case fill, order fill, DOT, % credit notes)
Achieve POP targets by customer for existing and new SKU’s(on-shelf availability, ranging, merchandising picture of success, forward share, pricing, promotions, innovation)
Achieve personal development & teams development targets (where appropriate)
GBA Targets – volume, value and profit
