Job Description
Job Title: HR Business Partner
● Implement and facilitate Learning and Organisational development initiatives
● Implement and facilitate succession planning, talent management, and performance management
● Correlate job profiling and grading throughout the company
● Create and implement improvement projects and initiatives
● Utilize digitized HR systems into the company
● Compose accurate and informative OD and HRD reports and statistics
● Ensure effective cost control
Minimum Requirements:
● Post Graduate Degree in People Management / Law / Industrial Psychology
● HPCSA registered as a Psychometrist / Industrial Psychologist
● 5 years’ exp as a generalist, managing people.
● Require exposure to HR Development
● Valid drivers’ license
