Role & Purpose:
• Attract and successfully recruit the company’s Graduate Talent utilising all relevant sourcing methodologies and ensuring a professional and cost effective recruitment and hiring process.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in either Commerce or Social Sciences
• At least 4-5 years working experience in Graduate Recruitment
• Must have a good knowledge of the Education system: Universities, Internships, Bursaries, etc
• MS Office – advanced level
• Recruitment Methodologies
• Training and Development Methodologies
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Problem solving skills
• Analytical skills
• Networking skills
• Presentation Skills
• EE candidate
• SAP
• Project Management skills
• Marketing Experience
