HRM Sub-directorate: Client and Advisory Service
SALARY : R195 177 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Central Office, Johannesburg

REQUIREMENTS : A recognized three years relevant Degree/ National Diploma in Human Resource
Management or Grade 12/ level 4/ Vocational Certificate with 3-5 experience in
Human Resource Management. Knowledge of the Public Service Prescripts. Indept
knowledge and understanding of the PILIR processes and procedures.
Computer literacy, Presentation and Investigation skills. Good communication
skills (written, verbal and liaison). An innovative, analytical, self driven team
player, with the ability to work in a highly pressured environment. A valid driver’s license. People on salary level 8 are encouraged to apply for this position, if
interested on lateral transfer.

DUTIES : Providing Client and Advisory Service for HR on PILIR related matters. Provide
Leadership guidance and strengthening of stakeholder relations. Identify risk
arears and monitor processes and procedures. Co-ordinate and facilitate formal
and functional PILIR training. Compile reports on projects rendered.
