SALARY : R123 738 per annum (plus benefits)

CENTRE : Edenvale general Hospital

 

REQUIREMENTS :

Grade 12 with at least have two years of Admin clerk hospital experience.

Interns with HR qualifications are welcome to apply.

A person must be dynamic and flexible as he/she will be dealing with sensitive issues and taking critical and uncompromising decisions.

Be people oriented.

Must be able and willing to report directly to the supervisor/s and understand the professional ethics of HR office.

Must be computer literate.

 

 

DUTIES : Manage all HRA matters and report directly to supervisor/s without deviation. Be able to work under severe pressure. Be able to implement Batho Pele Principles within the Office of HR.

Implement pension administration, remuneration and employee benefits, Leave and III-health Retirement (PILIR), injury-on-duty, overtime, housing allowances, appointments, GEPF implementation, PERSAL and establishment administration.

Liaise with the necessary stakeholders, e.g. Treasury, Compensation Commissioners, Health Risk Manager, etc. Design and execute best practices.
