HUMAN RESOURCE OFFICER (EWP) REF NO: 05258

SALARY : R183 438 per annum (plus benefits)
CENTRE : Mamelodi Hospital

REQUIREMENTS : Relevant Degree/Diploma with10 year’s relevant experience or Grade 12
certificate with 5 years practical experience in Human Resource and EWP.
Knowledge of PMDS. Knowledge of relevant prescripts and legislation.
Excellent administrative skills, sound knowledge of PERSAL system will be an
added advantage. Be computer literate. Ability to work under Pressure. Good
interpersonal and organizational skills.

DUTIES : Market the EWP program in the institution. Provide information on appropriate
referral procedures. Co-ordinate referrals to appropriate professionals. Follow
up on referred cases. Compile reports on referred clients. Monitor progress of
referred clients. Conduct EWP workshops. Facilitate the establishment of EWP committee. Compile EWP monthly reports. Facilitate workshops on HIV/AIDS in the workplace. Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
