Human Resources Graduate Opportunity (3 Vacancies)

Grindrod is looking for three (3) Human Resources graduates, with no prior work experience, to participate in a 12 month internship programme. The intern must be a good communicator (verbal and written), able to multi-task, good organisational skills and pay attention to detail in all areas of the workplace. Participation on this programme will allow you to participate in the various HR departments key to the HR function of Grindrod.

Summary of functions:

• Support to implementation of HR strategies
• Support to implementation of HR services
• Support to Surveys
• Support to knowledge building and knowledge sharing
