Introduction
A major corporate is seeking a dynamic, goal driven individual to grow and expand the company service offering within the distribution centre, The successful candidate shall report to the local management in Midrand and have good self discipline and drive to function independently, yet fit into a team of colleagues.
Minimum Requirements
Minimum Qualifications required
· Grade 12
· Computer literate: MS packages
· Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Relations
· Diploma in HR ( Employee Relations)
· Train the Facilitator
Job Specification
Scope:
· Source and recruit employees
· Conduct induction and / or new employee orientation
· Ensure that all HR administration processes are adhered to
· High levels of attention to detail
· Attending CCMA conciliations and arbitrations
· Preparation of legal documents bundle for proceedings
· Ensuring that the correct procedures are followed with charges, hearings and related
· Writing of letters and memos internally ( to employees) and clients, CCMA and related
· Developing subordinates by training and coaching
· Meeting with client counterparts in order to align expectations
· Perform HR generalist tasks when required
· Conduct disciplinary code and employee relations training
