Job Title: HR SUPPORT ADMINISTRATORS
Location: Nationwide, Nationwide, South Africa

Job Summary:
The Human Resources Department, which forms part of Shared Services, is seeking mature and innovative individuals, who possesses HR Support Administration experience, to strengthen its Human Resources (HR) support administration team. The team provides professional services to the HSRC staff. Its work processes and policies have been streamlined and simplified to deliver user oriented, value-adding services. As member of this team, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with social science researchers of the highest caliber. The successful candidate will be based in the HSRC’s Pretoria office.

Key responsibilities:
•Supports HR Consultants with all HR Administrative duties.
•Maintains HR registers and ensures that HR information is correctly and timeously sent to HRIS and Payroll for processing.
•Follow up on all outstanding HR matters.
•Supports HR Consultants with recruitment and selection processes and any other related processes.
•Ensures that all HR source documents are maintained as per the required standards.
•Attends to audit queries and or any other related HR queries.
•Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are adhered to.
•Liaise with business partners to ensure effective and efficient delivery on HR matters.
•Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements in the performance of the HR services.

Requirements:
Key requirements:
•A relevant diploma or relevant (NQF 5) qualification in a HR field or Administration field.
•At least 2 years Admin support experience.
•Working knowledge of MS Office suite (MS Word, PowerPoint & Excel).
•Strong organisational and administrative skills.
•Attention to detail.
•Ability to work under pressure and extended hours.
•Must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
•Excellent interpersonal skills.
•Must be able to work well within a team as well as independently.
•Must be a SA Citizen.

Other requirements:
•A working knowledge of VIP / SAGE will be an added advantage.
•Customer centric and solution driven.
