Job Title: Product Administrator – Faculty Commerce -Intec (Cape Town)
Location: Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa

Job Summary:

Implementing and co-ordinating product development projects to ensure the quality of products and optimizing the learning experience

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

1.New and Maintenance Product Co-ordination
2.Specialized Project Management

Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

1.Grade 12 + at least 3 years distance education
2.3 years previous working experience in an educational environment and/or 3 years previous working experience in a project management environment.
3.Understanding of processes and policies within education
4.High level of competency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel

COMPETENCIES OF THE JOB:

•New Products
•Co-ordinate maintenance process as part of Product Manager’s product plan
•Where it is required that the academic structure of the subject, course or product is amended upon receipt of a request from the Product Manager and /or other departments.
•The Product Manager will send an instruction to the Project Administrator to combine 2 or more existing products in a special combination.
•Co-ordinate Back Order process as part of Product Manager’s maintenance plan
•Efficient query handling and maintaining effective relationships with Internal and External Customers.
•Special Projects: Administering and coordinating specialized projects arising from departmental or company needs as requested by the Business Manager on an ad hoc basis
