JPS Africa is a non-profit organization with the goal of increasing access to high quality HIV and AIDS prevention services in South Africa. In collaboration with our partners, they empower health professionals and communities they serve to build and maintain quality healthcare services in low resource settings.
JPS Africa is looking to fill the following contract position. The positions is based at the JPS Africa offices in Pretoria.
Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Pretoria
Responsibilities:
The position reports to the Managing Director and provides overall support to the JPS Africa Office in the area of human resource management and employee relations, including contributing to the development and implementation of human resource and administration policies and procedures. Duties will include: managing and coordinating staff recruitment, appraisals and exit processes; maintaining the JPS Africa HR information system, organizing staff training and development and other duties as assigned.
