Job Title: Human Resource Administrator

Salary: R 7.00 – 7.00 Annually
In the role of Human Resources Administrator, you will act as the first port of call to employees and other stakeholders for all HR related queries. As a priority, you will handle the majority of employee documentation, including contracts, recruitment paperwork and engagement packs.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
Ensure accurate and timeous completion, collection and filing of all monthly payroll input and HR documentation required by the relevant payroll deadline.
Ensure effective & efficient Personnel Management including compliance to SOPs, processes, systems and procedures.
Ensure effective coordination, planning and organising of learning & development activities within the department.
Ensure effective and timeous Implementation of Recruitment Administration
Ensure Compliance to Protection of Personal Information (POPIA) legislation, organisational SOPs and processes.
A three-year degree or a diploma in human resources management or related studies a must.
A Minimum of 2-years’ experience within a similar role.
Sage People 300 experience would be advantageous
Must be able to work under pressure in a constantly changing environment
Strong interpersonal skills required.
Computer literacy essential (MS Office).
