Key Responsibilities:

As our Head of Compliance, you will:

• Establish and manage target and budget goals, enhancing cost efficiency.
• Foster a robust risk management culture, influencing behavior and emphasizing compliance.
• Cultivate productive relationships with stakeholders, including end-users and senior staff.
• Stay abreast of legislative changes and industry best practices, providing proactive advice.
• Implement effective compliance management strategies and tools.
• Ensure governance compliance with legislative and audit requirements.
• Monitor and adapt to changes in legislation, regulations, and industry practices.

 

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

You’re the perfect fit if you possess:

• A relevant Bachelor’s and Honours Degree.
• 10-15 years of compliance experience.
• Background in financial services, with retail banking experience
