Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance
• Proven experience as an Assets Controller or in a similar role
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in asset management software

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and control the company’s assets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies
• Conduct regular asset audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and record asset movements
• Implement and improve asset management processes and procedures
• Provide financial insights on asset-related matters to senior management
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements related to asset management
