Vacancy Details

Recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer (Wood Chemicals).

 

Duties:

• Initiate, implement, and manage the plant maintenance schedule with an emphasis on planning, scheduling preventive / predictive maintenance.
• Plant availability as pre-determined.
• Schedules for planned and unplanned work.
• Equipment reliability that perform consistently in the operating environments.
• Number of breakdown call-outs according to predetermined standards.
• Conduct testing of new plant equipment, spares and electrical systems for the purpose of improvements.

 

Requirements:

• Electrical Qualification, with a min of 5 years in a similar role
• ISO 9001 OSHACT Project Management, People Management skills
• Plant automation Scada, Drives etc.
• Budgets & Financial Skills
• Continuous improvements
• Lean Manufacturing
• Root cause analysis
• Time Management
