Responsibilities/Output:
Main purpose of the role: Management/Assistance of/with outsourced External Audit assignments.
Key Performance Areas: Manage outsourced audits from planning phase through to implementation and final reporting. Be responsible for business development and networking. Develop and manage client relationships. Ensure effective utilisation and management of staff. Coaching and developing staff. Facilitation of internal training. Drafting reports. Drafting Proposals. Budget planning and management. Managing WIP and debtors.

Requirements:

Qualification Level: B Accounting Hns
Experience Required: 1 – 2 years

Competencies / Skills:
Strong ability to network and market firm’s services. Pro-active and committed to delivery. Leadership skills. Managing teams – developing and coaching staff. Ability to perform under pressure.
