Appointment requirements:
Grade 12 or an equivalent qualification plus secretarial qualification/ training
Relevant secretarial experience
Computer literate
Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage

Excellent interpersonal skills; Telephone etiquette and Call handling skills; Experience with working as part of a team; Disciplined and self-motivated; Experience in handling complex complaints; Good verbal and written communication skills; Good command in various South African languages will be an advantage
Duties:
- To render a word processing and computer service :
- Typing of letters, reports and other documentation
- Prepare special reports or presentations
- Proof reading of documentation
- Technical care of documentation
- Filling of hard copies of documents and storage
- Ensure safe and accurate data capturing
- To render a personal assistant/reception service
- Manage all communication processes
- Answering of telephones
- Host visitors
- Personal assistance to Director
- Answering routing questions
- Arranging of meetings
- Keeping diaries
- Schedule appointments
- To ensure a high standard of service delivery to the Managers to improve their functions
- Meeting Administration
- Arranging of meetings and refreshments
- Arranging tea/coffee during meetings
- Arranging conference rooms
- Arranging workshops
- Handling of notices/agendas
- Co-ordination of reports
- Purchasing of requirements
- To support the rendering of an effective and efficient of meetings, conferences and workshops
- Administer the Office of the Director
- Handle routing enquiries on behalf of the Director
- Provide advice on office matters
- Liaison with other secretaries on office matters
- Perform reconciliation of budget
- Compile payment vouchers
- Compile journals
- Compile leave and absence chart
- Compile and request requisitions
- Order goods
- Request works orders
- Monitor the status of deliveries
- To enable a better functioning office of the Director and integration with other management
- Report Administration
