Do you possess extensive experience as a Warehouse Manager, demonstrating exceptional proficiency in managing both inbound and outbound logistics within the manufacturing industry?

 

Job & Company Description:

My client is a division of an multinational group corporation headquartered in Europe. They specialize in providing a wide range of construction and building materials, solutions, and services for various sectors, including residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.

The successful applicant will report to the Plant Manager and will be responsible for ensuring efficient operation of both the Finished goods, Local and Imported merchandise and Raw Materials warehouse. Timeously informing the Plant Manager of problems being experienced especially risks to customer service or supply chain delays. Ensuring inventory control processes are adhered to and is inline with Streamline/Business requirements. Controlling transport costs as well as labour, overtime and other Fixed and Variable costs.

Job Experience and Skills Required:

• BCom – Supply chain or Logistics
• 5+ years Logistics or Warehousing experience
• 3-5 years inventory management experience
