Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Entertainment Manager to oversee all aspects of entertainment programming at our resort. The Entertainment Manager will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and executing a diverse range of entertainment activities and events to enhance the guest experience and promote guest engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive entertainment program that caters to the diverse interests and preferences of our guests.
• Coordinate with various departments to schedule and organize entertainment events, including live music performances, themed parties, game nights, cultural shows, and more.
• Source and manage a talented team of entertainers, performers, DJs, and other artists to ensure high-quality entertainment experiences.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote upcoming entertainment events and activities through various channels, including social media, email marketing, and resort publications.
• Monitor guest feedback and satisfaction levels regarding entertainment offerings, and make adjustments as necessary to continually improve the guest experience.
• Manage the entertainment budget effectively, ensuring cost-efficient planning and execution of entertainment programs.
• Maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and talent representatives to secure bookings and negotiate contracts for entertainment services.

 

Candidate Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Hospitality Management would be beneficial, Event Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in entertainment management, preferably in a resort or hospitality setting.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Creative mindset with a passion for delivering unique and memorable entertainment experiences.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in entertainment programming.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to oversee entertainment events and activities.
