The incumbent of this role, will be responsible in ensuring that all funds are managed timeously and accurately, through loading of funds, resolving of enquiries and maintaining relationships with internal customers, institutions, schools, FundiPay merchants, bursars, parents, and students.

Job Summary:
Timeous and proper resolving of customer, parent, and student enquiries in terms of the Service Level Agreement
Timeous and proper handling of student & parent enquiries
Resolving of telephonic and email queries regarding enquiries related to the FundiCard & FundiPay
Dealing with walk in clients
After hour support
Ensure constant interaction with institutions, bursars, schools, and financial aid offices
Communication regarding lists and changes to the list
Resolving of telephonic and email enquiries regarding the loads, loading errors, available funds, swipes, and any enquiries related to the card
First level of communication from institutions
Ad-hoc training
Communication with internal customers:
Communicate with regional offices regarding card related enquiries.
Communicate with Finance Department (recons payments)
Communicate with Marketing
Ensure constant interaction with schools and merchants in FundiPay
Relationship building with merchants & schools
Training
Resolving enquiries with merchants
After hour support
Requirements:
Minimum: Grade 12
Certificate in business management/customer service operations or related
Advantage: Degree
At least 2 years of experience in financial services (including in-house Fundi Customer Product training)
1 years of customer administration experience
