HONEYWELL: Internal Sales Engineer -EFS

Education and experience:
– Technical qualification in instrumentation and/or control systems
– Minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in the sales
– Experience in flow and level instrumentation
– Good understanding of custody transfer measurement for liquids and gases
– Clear understanding of margin calculation and implementation
– Experience in Petro chemical Industry is advantageous
– excellent computer skills: Word, Excel and Power Point (Intermediary level)
– use of Visio or other drawing package will be advantageous
– a good understanding of margin calculation and implementation

Key performance areas:

– evaluate enquiry to determine scope, specification and requirement
– communicate with customer to clarify scope and requirements
– liasing with other members of the team for best technical solution for application
– convert enquiry into technically and commercial clear proposal
– present proposal to manager for evaluation and approval
– submit professional proposal: in time, in quality, best price
– follow up with customer to ensure bid is received
– conducting presentation s to customers
