IR/HR Officer Vacancy – JHB – ±R400K p.a.

IR/HR officer able to travel extensively with Gr. 12 and Nat. Dip. HR Management or equivalent to develop and maintain prof. workable IR on all working sites. Company representation at MEIBC dispute Resolution hearings and Arbitrations, provide consultancy service to line Management in disciplinary hearings with strong admin skills and support.
5 years + IR exp. in unionized environment, Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA and Main agreement of MEIBC. Proven arbitration and disciplinary hearing exp, strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. HR record-keeping, computer literate (MS Office) and valid, unendorsed drivers license.
