Company representation at MEIBC dispute Resolution hearings and Arbitrations, provide consultancy service to line Management in disciplinary hearings with strong admin skills and support.
5 years + IR exp. in unionized environment, Knowledge of BCEA, LRA, EEA and Main agreement of MEIBC. Proven arbitration and disciplinary hearing exp, strong time management, organisational and prioritisation skills. HR record-keeping, computer literate (MS Office) and valid, unendorsed drivers license.
