Description:
Develop and implement training standards reflecting training best practices. Develop and deliver functional and cross-functional training, as appropriate, to Early Phase staff. Proactively gather information to improve training methodologies and materials as appropriate, and report on training activities as required. Exhibit leadership and proactively work cross-functionally with other functional groups to assess and determine training needs and develop training materials accordingly.

Experience:
Experience in Clinical Research and Training Development & Delivery or related fields.
