Netsurit (Pty) Ltd is looking for an enthusiastic and jovial person to fill the seat of the receptionist. The receptionist is the face of every company so it is important that you are always well presented. Communication is key here, so you need to be well spoken at all times, when answering the switchboard, taking internal calls and when welcoming clients.

Requirements

Matric

• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office -Outlook, Word and Excel)

• Professional personal presentation

• 2-years within a receptionist role

• Strong client focus

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Organisation skills and Planning skills

• Information management skills

• Attention to detail

• Efficiency

• Reliable and Dependable

Advantageous (nice to have):

• Certificate in secretarial duties

• Knowledge of PowerPoint

• Experience as a personal assistant

Job Specification

The Receptionist’s roles are:

• Answer the telephone in a professional manner

• Screen and direct calls

• Accurately record and convey messages

• Provide up to date information to callers

• Welcome people entering the organization

• Direct people to the correct destination

• Handle with queries from the public and customers

• General administrative and clerical support

• Prepare required documentation

• Respond to enquiries

• Receive and sort mail as well as deliveries

• Schedule appointments

• Timeously organize meetings

• Maintain a neat reception area

• Perform ad hoc tasks as and when required
