Since this job functions in highly demanding environment, the Contact Centre Agent must be customer focused and service orientated. Knowledge/experience and interest in the oil industry will be added bonus.
The incumbent must be able to act in a courteous and professional manner while handling large volumes of inbound as well as outbound calls.
Will be required to work shifts, weekends, as well as be on standby duty according to a set roster.
Must be able to work in one of multiple queues/skills sets over various customer contact channels
Must be computer literate (at least basic knowledge of MS Office)
Queries and complaints must be correctly diagnosed and resolved within mandate and to ensure customer satisfaction.
Execute ad hoc tasks.
Attend ad hoc meetings.
