Our Blackheath based client with a national footprint provides safety solutions to service companies, retailers, and end users. They are looking for a Sales Project Co-Ordinator with a strong Projects and Business development background.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• Projects management qualification
• Advanced selling skills
• Advanced customer service skills

• Industry related experience – advantage
• Technically minded
• Strong planning and analytical skills

DUTIES:

• In conjunction with the sales team meet all monthly turnover targets.
• Identify new building projects and solicit relevant project details.
• Manage new and existing projects, meeting of timelines and project deliverables.
• Liaison with third party project teams and other stakeholders.
• Assist Sales Director and in field sales staff with admin and other support requests and manage feedback thereof.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations.
• Create sales orders.
• Schedule meetings for stakeholders
• Research underperforming customers and provide discussion point to in field sales staff.
• Ensure superior standards of customer service.
• Complete reports as requested by management.
