Vacancy Details
LOA Application Management:
- Initiate and manage the process of applying for Letters of Authorization (LOAs) on all brands that is necessary.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and information are prepared and submitted accurately and in a timely manner.
Freight and Courier Quote Coordination:
- Collaborate with relevant teams to gather requirements for freight and courier services.
- Solicit and evaluate quotes from various service providers to identify the most cost-effective and efficient options.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence:
- Stay updated on industry regulations, licensing requirements, and compliance standards related to LOAs, and procurement
- Ensure all LOA applications and procurement processes adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
Vendor Relationship Management:
- Maintain relationships with freight carriers, courier services, and other logistics providers.
- Negotiate terms and agreements with vendors to secure favorable rates and terms.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of LOA applications, approvals, and related documentation
Process Optimization:
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization within the procurement functions.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with other departments, to align with overall business objectives.
Required Skills

Candidate Requirement
Minimum Qualification :
- Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum Experience:
- Proven experience in procurement, logistics, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Letters of Authorization (LOAs) and related compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with procurement processes and logistics operations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using procurement and logistics software/tools.
Office Requirements:
- Work-from-office environment.
- Semi-formal dress code.
- Working hours are from 08:00 – 17:00.
- Excellent international business language skills (English), both written and verbal.
- Reliable transport to and from the office.
