Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and reliability of all bakery equipment, ensuring optimal functionality.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and enhance equipment longevity.
• Lead a team of skilled technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Collaborate with production and quality control teams to streamline processes and ensure product integrity.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions promptly to maintain uninterrupted production schedules.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager in the FMCG industry, with a focus on bakery equipment.
• In-depth knowledge of bakery machinery, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging equipment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team effectively.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
