Position available for a full time registered Social Worker at Overstrand Child & Youth Care Centre, a project of Child Welfare SA Kleinmond, Western Cape.

Job Title: Social Worker
Job Location: Western Cape

Requirements:

• Play therapy and previous work experience in a Child & Youth Care Centre will be to your advantage.
• Must be able to speak, wright in Afrikaans, English and or Xhosa
• Valid drivers license
• Training in the Children’s Act

Responsibilities :

• Counselling and report writing
• Supervision of Child Care Workers
• Staff training and development
• Group work and therapeutic work
