As a Human Resource Generalist with us, you’ll play a crucial role in enhancing our organizational culture and ensuring our workforce is engaged and motivated. Your responsibilities will include:

• Implementing HR policies and procedures to maintain compliance and promote a fair and inclusive workplace.
• Managing recruitment and onboarding processes, attracting top talent to our team and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, performance management, and conflict resolution.
• Collaborating with department heads to identify training and development needs and creating programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
• Contributing to strategic HR initiatives aimed at improving organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction.

 

Candidate Requirements

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of employment laws and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing HR challenges.
• Own vehicle or reliable transport
