REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors of Law Degree
• 1 to 3 years’ experience in Insolvency Law
• Must reside in the Northern Suburbs
• Excellent communication and written skills in Afrikaans and English

 

DUTIES

• Advising clients on legal advice
• Case research and prepare case material
• Legal research and legal strategy
• Assist clients with voluntary sequestration liquidation applications
• Manage Litigation & disputes
