Job Summary:
Daily calls or emails to customers regarding follow ups
Assigning of quotes to externals
Drafting of internal issues and follow up
Maintain job files for all sales staff
Handle quotes/tenders from end to end
Manage and review of KAA activities, (CTC and calendars)
Assist as and when required at management discretion
General data capturing and cross referencing
Admin support to regional category managers
Submission and following up of items on Hello Sign

Requirements:
Matric
Admin or similar role experience
