Vacancy Details

Excellent opportunity exists for an Operational Excellence Manager to spearhead the Operations Improvement team and be part of a global concern.

Key Deliverables:

• Delivering strategic operations improvement projects
• Managing a portfolio of continuous improvement projects in operations, with the goal of cost savings
• Implementing systems and drive continuous improvement and best practice across operations
• Directing and supporting the efforts of industrial engineers in the respective factories
• Reporting on cost savings and performance improvements in operations

Requirements:

• BEng Industrial Engineering Qualification
• Lean Six Sigma certification and advantage
• Min 5 years’ experience in continuous improvement role
• Project Management exposure
• Process optimisation and efficiency improvements
• New product implementation and product improvements
• Robotics and automation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Lean Six Sigma methodology and techniques
• Financial Management (income statements and budgeting)
• Standard Industrial engineering techniques
• Understanding of modern manufacturing and supply chain technology
