Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Sales Consultant to join our team, located on-site in Randburg. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for selling our exclusive policies and services to clients. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and closing deals. The successful candidate will be driven, self-motivated and possess strong communication skills.

 

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in sales or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
• Highly motivated and target driven, with a passion for sales.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively.
• Minimum of matric (Grade 12) Certificate or equivalent.
• Previous experience in the insurance industry is an advantage but not required.
